Too often commonly referred to as green olives, black olives, and large olives. When behind the olives there
is a world to be discovered, a variety of distinct cultivars, each with its peculiarities, its odours and flavours.
We propose the best, mainly Italian, but also the excellence of our neighbouring Greek land. We therefore want to bring back the consumer to rediscover the authentic taste of olives, a taste that is confused today because of a greater diffusion of products without characterising values.

Our products come from the deep knowledge and love of these fruits, as well as from the willingness to preserve the authenticity of our land.

Remembering the farmer’s methods of Olive processing, Madama Oliva helps tradition and authenticity coexist with the demands of quality and food safety.
