At the end of 2007, Madama Oliva decided to invest in a new automatic glass jar packing line to be able to enter the market sector of preserved vegetables and fruit. Madama Oliva, being an expert in table olives, has presented on the market Italian table olives of various cultivars prepared using traditional gastronomic Italian seasonings and no added preservatives.
