The most widespread olives since the Middle Ages

Leccino Olives are among the most widely cultivated in Italy, thanks to their delicate flavour. They are believed to originate from central Italy, and evidence there goes back to the Middle Ages. To date, they are spread throughout the Peninsula.

The sweet, mellow taste of this natural olive is blended with a bouquet of flavours and aromas, including the intensity of chilli.

Indications for use:

Leccino olives have a spicy and slightly aromatic flavour and are most frequently used as snacks or in appetisers of cheese and cured meats.

They are used to flavour dishes of both meat and fish. A further use is to add them to potatoes, peppers, aubergines or tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Olives, salt, sunflower oil, spices.
