The Pitted Giant Green Olives belong to the Halkidiki variety, one of the most famous in Greece. Cultivated in the Halkidiki Peninsula, they are natural and characterised by a large fruit with a fleshy and crispy flesh and a delicate aroma.
Indications for use:
Seasoned with flakes of garlic and fillets of yellow and red peppers, they represent the ancient rural recipes in which the rustic flavours were exalted. The giant size and fleshy and firm pulp make them ideal as aperitifs, ingredients for appetisers, side dishes and snacks.
