Natural Rosè Olives are seasoned with spices of the Sicilian territory. Harvested early, left to ripen and then seasoned, they have an unmistakable spherical shape, a firm and meaty flesh with a typically bitter taste.
Indications for use:
Seasoned with spices that bring to mind the flavours and scents of the Mediterranean, these olives are excellent served with cheese or cold meats.
