The project aims to bring children closer to the world of healthy <strong> nutrition and healthy physical activity in a playful way. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The educational path deals with various topics such as: the <strong> Food Pyramid <\/strong>, the <strong> Mediterranean Diet <\/strong>, the importance of <strong> play <\/strong> and <strong> sporting activity <\/strong>, the <strong> 5 fundamental meals <\/strong> of the day, the <strong> nutritional principles <\/strong> and interesting <strong> insights on healthy and genuine products <\/strong> to add to the children&#8217;s diet , with innovative and engaging themes, for example: how fruit jam is made, curiosities about olives and lupins, many simple recipes with soft bread.<\/p>\n<p>The educational project, completely free, provides support materials for the teacher&#8217;s training path also for distance learning.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong> school year 2020-2021, the project involves 3,000 Classes of <\/strong> <strong> Primary Schools, 75,000 children and families. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the classes, in fact, families are also involved by participating in the project with a prize competition through a survey on their eating habits, with fantastic prizes offered by partner companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis initiative soon follows the partnership with fitness centers throughout Italy, &#8211; explains <strong> Manuela Tilli, marketing &amp; amp; trade specialist of Madama Oliva <\/strong> &#8211; where we did informative activities with sportsmen who attend gyms, with a view to making known the virtues and characteristics of fresh products in support of well-being. Thousands of athletes or simple enthusiasts have had the opportunity to test the packs of lupins and olives in snack format. <strong> We believe that there is a need to fully communicate natural products and their nutritional characteristics to make known the value in terms of psycho-physical well-being <\/strong>. Indeed, that of olives is a wonderful world: foods with unparalleled health properties, and a great variety of cultivars \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Today more than ever it is important to <strong> stay healthy <\/strong> and maintain an <strong> effective and strong immune system <\/strong>. Here is one more reason to adopt <strong> healthy habits <\/strong>, which, acquired as children, at home and at school, persist as adults.
