The most adaptable Greek Olive
The giant pitted green olives belong to the Halkidiki variety, one of the most renowned and precious olives in Greece. Grown on the Chalkidiki peninsula, they are characterised by a large fruit with over 2 centimetres in diameter, a meaty and crunchy flesh and a delicate aroma.
Serving suggestion
Fresh olives seasoned with sliced garlic and strips of yellow and red peppers are a contemporary take on traditional rural recipes that celebrated rustic flavours. Their large size and firm, fleshy texture make them ideal as a nibble, or to be served as starters, side dishes, or snacks.
