Lupini beans, legumes with a long history

The lupini beans that become Lupamì come exclusively from select expert farmers in Apulia. Thanks to an innovative cooking method, they can be eaten whole, with the skin on, which locks in all their nutritious properties. Rich in plant-based protein and fibre, they offer a wonderful alternative to animal protein. They are low in fat and contain important minerals like iron, magnesium and potassium, which contribute to our well-being.

Serving suggestion

Balsamic vinegar enhances the slightly sweet and delicate flavour of the lupini beans. Ready to be served straight from the tray, including a practical lid, they add flavour to an aperitif, pair well with vegetables and cheese and can take fresh salads to the next level, adding a healthy amount of protein.
