The Lupins that become Lupamì come only from carefully selected farmers in Apulia. A product of exceptional quality that, thanks to an innovative cooking method, can be eaten whole with the skin on, to reap all the benefits of their nutritious properties. They are high in plant-based protein and fibre, making them an excellent alternative to animal proteins. Low in fat, they have a high mineral content including iron, magnesium and potassium and promote the well-being of the body.

Serving suggestion

The slightly sweet and delicate taste of lupini beans is met with a typically Mediterranean combination of garlic and rosemary. Raring and ready to go, serve straight from the tray for an appetising aperitif, accompanied with cured meat and cheese. Then simply pop the handy lid back on. With a side of vegetables, it could be a plant-based alternative for a quick, healthy lunch.
