Bruschetta melody with a mix of Olives and Lupins

Ingredients

Home-made bread: 8 slices
Avocado: 1
Grated salted ricotta: to taste
Mint: to taste
Mix of Olives: to taste
Kalamon Olives: to taste
Feta: 75 g
Greek yoghurt: 75 g
Olive oil: 1/4 cup
Garlic: 1/2 clove
Salt: to taste
Giant Green Olives: to taste
Soft cheese: 3 teaspoons
Smoked salmon: 4 slices
Lime: to taste
Pink Peppercorn: to taste
Lupins: to taste
Ricotta: 3 teaspoons
Fresh thyme: to taste

Preparation

Crumble the feta directly into the jug of the food processor and add all the other ingredients. Blend until a silky smooth cream is formed.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into small pieces. Then squash it with the tines of a fork and coat in several drops of lemon juice.

Toast the home-made bread cut into thick slices and put together the bruschetta slices following the ingredients indicated or by mixing them together to your taste. Serve immediately.
